From Reports & Analytics select Personal & Employment from the list of Standard Reports.

Choose Employee Census and update the following:

Click the Who appears on this report link.
Under the Employee List section, select All Active Employees and click Apply.
Click the Appearance and Other Settings link.
Under the Display Settings for Date of Birth, select Not Masked and click Apply.

Click RUN AS EXCEL.

Once STATUS says Completed, click on the Employee Census link to download the report.

Add Personal E-mail and Personal Mobile to the included fields and click Apply.

Click RUN AS EXCEL.
